Matthew 6:14-15

For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

So I’m grateful to God for this past week I learnt to embrace Forgiveness, like the Scripture above says, forgive others the same way your Heavenly Father forgives you.

There are so many times people wrong us, without even having the intention to, and some on other occasions, those that wrong us may or may not apologize, however it is within us to forgive them all.

Damaging Effects of Excessive Heat on Hair

A lot of women may not be aware that heat in excess has harmful effects on hair, more so for women who are of African heritage. You’re probably curious as to how and why, but I’ll break it down for you.

Before I get to the damaging effects, I’ll list a few examples in which artificial heat may be incorporated into your daily or weekly routine. ( I say artificial because this is not heat produced by our own bodies)
